In case of loss of the domestic worker’s passport
The worker must be taken to the security center in the sponsor’s residential area, along with a copy of her passport, and the loss of the passport must be reported, as well as the loss of the work permit and residence permit if they are also missing.
An official “To Whom It May Concern” letter regarding the loss report must be obtained from the security center.
The worker must then be accompanied to the main police directorate of the sponsor’s residential area to complete procedures and obtain an official letter addressed to the embassy of the worker’s country.
A new passport is issued for the worker according to the procedures mentioned in another section of the guidelines.
After obtaining the new passport, the recruitment office must be visited to transfer the stamps of the work permit, residence permit, entry stamp, and any other related stamps.
